How To Join:
Become a member by filling out the form below & sending the registration fee of $25 per member. Each member will be eligible to accumulate points at sanctioned shows following their registration. No points will be accumulated prior to paying the registration fee. However, the WPA will accept members at any time without penalty.

Background and goals for this circuit:
The Wisconsin Pork Association is once again sponsoring an opportunity to showcase Wisconsin’s youth and swine through the WPA Youth Show Circuit. Wisconsin’s producers have prided themselves on maintaining quality swine herds in light of the industry challenges.
Many youth have rejuvenated their interest in showing swine over the last few years. Through a show circuit, WPA will connect young producers with established breeders in Wisconsin to continue Wisconsin’s reputation for quality breeding stock. WPA’s main goal is to provide junior swine exhibitors the opportunity to further their development of citizenship, leadership, and sportsmanship. The idea behind the junior show circuit is to reward the junior members for the hard work and dedication they give to their swine projects. We hope to also provide exhibitors guidance in showmanship, selection and project management. For many families around the state, livestock provides a medium for youth to connect with their families, practice sound management and make future connections. All participants that choose to be tracked for the show circuit must be paid members of the Wisconsin Pork Association by May 1st of the show year in order to earn points for the entire show season. Membership is based on the calendar year. Pork producers are encouraged to join as active members ($50) of the Wisconsin Pork Association. Active members who have sold pigs to youth participating in the Youth Show Circuit will have their name listed on the Breeder Page of the website. Youth dues are $25 per individual. No points will be accumulated prior to paying the membership dues. However, WPA will accept members at any time without penalty. Youth not eligible for the youth showmanship awards within WPA may show gilts and barrows under the family’s farm name. Both pigs and youth will be tracked for recognition purposes.
